In each of the first five books of the New Testament, God inspired the writers to record Jesus’ command to go share what he has done. Though how we share may be as unique as those in our lives, the heart of our witness will likely be similar. On April 25, 2021 we will examine the heart of the good news by following the flow of several scriptures that express God’s plan of salvation and be challenged to personalize our witness to best meet those in our lives where they are. We’re likely familiar as Christians with Jesus’ command in the book of Matthew to go and make disciples of all nations. In fact, not only Matthew but each of the first five books of the New Testament record a similar statement. We often shy away from following Jesus’ command.
