The goal of the Building Maintenance is to oversee the furnace, air conditioning, plumbing, painting and repairs.

 

Tasks:

Maintenance and repairs of the furnace, air condition, plumbing, painting, elevator, copier, and kitchen appliances.

Light bulb replacement inside and outside.  Entry light – repair and replace as needed.

Defrost the freezer as needed.

Copier maintenance and contract maintenance

 

Contact People:

Contact volunteers and appropriate people for performing needed tasks.

Elders and Trustees; may need approval at Business meetings for expenditures.

 

Work With:

Volunteers and appropriate businesses for service.
