Church Leadership

The goal is to oversee the spiritual wellbeing of the congregation.

 

Tasks:

Create, develop, and maintain the church’s mission, vision, and values.

Disciplinary actions.

Share in teaching and maturing of the congregation.

 

Contact People:

Congregation and responsible to God and fellow Elders

 

Work With:

Church board, Minister, and Ministry Coordinators

 

Spiritual Gifts:

  • Teaching

  • Serving

  • Encouragement

 

Abilities/Interests:

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Desire to see other mature in Christ

  • Integrity

  • Meet the qualification of the Pastoral Epistles

  • Shepherding

 

Time Commitment:

1 ½ - 4 hours per month, as needed

 

Length of Assignment:

2 years (renewable)

 

Training: 

On the job; Meet Scriptural qualifications
