Ever-Increasing Glory

When Moses returned from the mountain with the law of God his face shown with God’s glory. Yet, over time that glory began to fade. Unlike the fading glory of Moses’ face, Paul tells us we have an ever-increasing glory as we strive to live like Christ. Often, we wonder what we will gain by being part of a church. How those in the church can use their gifts to serve us. We question, “What’s in it for me?” We may be approaching the idea of church and spiritual gifts from a wrong perspective. Time to Get Back on Track

As baptized believers, we have all been given a gift or blending of gifts by the Spirit of God. A little while back at PGCC we were encouraged to identify what our spiritual gifting may be by taking our Spiritual Gift Assessment. On June 12, 2022 we will look at several of the spiritual gifts again and be challenged to seek out a ministry where we can utilize our spiritual gifts.
