Hospitality Coordinator

The goal is to create a welcoming environment for visitors and members.

 

Tasks:

Organize volunteers to provide refreshments for events, (Sunday morning coffee, Mens breakfast, Thanksgiving Eve, Easter Service, Cowboy Church, potlucks and funerals) set up and clean up.

 

Contact People:

Church Board, Treasurer for approval and expenditures.

 

Work With:

Volunteers, Bulletin Designer and Marketing Coordinator

Time Commitment:

Variable upon time of year.

 

Length of Assignment:

2 years

 

Training:

Locating supplies in facility, familiarity with contacting volunteers and writing announcements.
