The goal is to monitor and maintain supplies.
Monitor inventory of supplies, (e.g. kitchen, restrooms, cleaning, communion, copier, guest services and office.
Establish inventory system of supplies.
Reorder supplies as needed.
Church Board, Treasurer for approval and expenditures.
Teachers, Hospitality Coordinator, Custodian, and retailers.
2 hours per month
Length of Assignment:
Locating supplies, purchasing procedure via treasurer, and familiarity with retailers.
